Since establishment, Toong Mao Resorts & Hotels has accumulated a rich reservoir of professional knowledge and resources. Besides setting up two major departments, the hotel management department and investment & development department, in view of the flourishing development of the tourism industry in recent years, a management consultant department was hence established to ensure service to those in the same hotel industry by sharing and providing feedback on Toong Mao’s many years of practical experience. The department offers professional advice on hotel operation so as to provide for the diagnosis of business operation and guidance services and advisory service on items such as marketing proposals, human resource planning and construction procurement.
