Brand story
The CU Hotel brand is the work of Toong Mao Resorts & Hotels. Since day one, Toong Mao has sought to offer the best alternative with affordable prices for travelers and thus established a new brand image as a domestic tourist chain hotel. In 2007, Toong Mao officially took a step further from a typical hotel to presenting its first business hotel with design décor and named it the ‘CU Hotel.’
‘CU’ comes from the phonetics of “See You.” “See You” is an ongoing life experience in our daily lives. Besides the expectation to meet again, it also represents a perfect closure of this meeting and even becomes a social etiquette. Such spirit is indeed what Toong Mao wishes to deliver with its long years of hospitality traditions and characteristics. The brand CU Hotel has just the right element and all are ready in anticipation of your arrival…

Crane:
An auspicious bird, the ‘crane’
In the Eastern culture, the “crane” guards longevity and leisure. Its essence lies in the spiritual symbol of Toong Mao – the asali (open-hearted) crane and the kimochi (feel-good) crane.
Today, Toong Mao’s greatest appeal is “Come and have fun,” which is represented by the double crane, meaning “Lett’s have fun together.” It also symbolizes the historical heritage of Toong Mao’s origin that is like the double crane soaring gracefully and freely around the globe.
