【Accommodation Information】
- Check-in and check-out time: Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.
- The number of guests staying in the room is limited to the room type booked. If the number of guests staying in the room exceeds the number of guests in the room type, the hotel has the right to charge additional fees on site. The charging standards are based on the official booking page.
- The rooms are card-based. If a card is lost or damaged, a processing fee of NT$200 will be charged for each card.
- For guests who have not checked out on time or have contacted the front desk for late check-out, a late check-out fee of NT$300 per hour will be charged based on the room type. [The hotel is subject to the conditions of the day and there is no guarantee that late check-out or extension of stay can be processed]
- Late check-out: Those who move out after 15:00 on the check-out day will be charged the full-day rent.
- The breakfast time is from 07:00 to 09:30 in the morning. Packing is prohibited, and take-out and meal box services are not provided. If you are unable to have breakfast due to personal travel scheduling issues, the hotel will not refund or provide compensation services.
- The parking lot next to the hotel is for tour buses. The hotel does not provide parking services. There are public roadside paid parking spaces around the hotel, charging 30 yuan per hour. There is no charge from 20:00 at night to 08:00 in the morning.
- If personal factors affect the accommodation quality of other guests or cause public safety concerns during the stay, the hotel has the right to cancel the room and no additional refund will be given.
- In case of emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of the service staff or broadcast. If any abnormal situation occurs, please report it to the counter staff immediately.
【Accommodation Information】
- The hotel's room rates vary depending on the room type. Please check the room rates before checking in. Once the room is occupied, the room rate will be charged accordingly.
- Instructions for adding extra guests to the room: Please check in the number of people corresponding to the room type. After verification, an additional NT$500 will be charged for each additional adult. Each room type can only add one adult or child. No extra bed service is provided. Toiletries are included for each additional person. 【Additional person service: Children do not occupy a bed and are limited to one per room. Definition of children: Children under 6 years old are free, children aged 7-11 years old are charged NT$300, and children aged 12 and above are considered adults; during the Chinese New Year, the price will be based on the on-site price.
- Pets are not allowed to enter (except guide dogs). Once found and confirmed, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
- Guest room items and equipment: The items and equipment in the hotel are for guests' use only. Please do not take them out. If you need them, you can contact us to purchase them. If they are damaged or lost, you must pay for them according to the unit price of the hotel.
【Notes】
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel: In accordance with the Tobacco Harm Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited in this hotel and guest rooms (including smoking with electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco, etc.). If smoking is found and confirmed, a room cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged to the guest in addition to the room rate.
- Nighttime Quiet Notice: Please do not talk loudly or make noises between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. daily to avoid disturbing the peace of the neighbors.
- Item storage reminder: Please keep your valuables with you. If they are lost or damaged, the hotel will not be responsible for compensation.
- To protect the rights and interests of other guests, please be sure to comply with the following: (1) Guests carrying prohibited items or suffering from mental disorders or infectious diseases will not be provided with accommodation services. (2) Any cooking or preparation activities are strictly prohibited in the Hotel. (3) Bringing illegal drugs, fighting, gambling and other unhealthy behaviors are strictly prohibited in the hotel. Once confirmed, the police will be notified. We apologize for the inconvenience.
[Booking Notice]
1. Check-in age notice: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to legally check in. Guests under 18 years of age must be checked in by an adult over 18 years of age or must provide the hotel with a Minor Accommodation Agreement signed by their legal representative upon check-in. 【Click to view the parental consent form for underage travelers】
2. Credit card transaction security: To protect the security of your credit card transactions, the Hotel requires that the person making the online reservation must match the person checking in for the room. When checking in for the room, you must provide a valid ID that matches the credit card you used (or an ID recognized by the Hotel).
3. Credit card pre-authorization: By using this online reservation system, you agree that the hotel will pre-authorize the total room charge based on your reserved credit card information to reserve the room and price rights for this online reservation. This operation does not constitute a formal deduction of payment for accommodation.
4. The room pictures are for reference only. The actual room type and landscape layout will be subject to the hotel site.
5. Booking deposit/check-out deduction instructions:
The hotel's reservation deposit is collected in accordance with the Tourism Bureau's "Standardized Contract" and is based on the total amount of the agreed room rate (NT$).
In case of cancellation by the booker, the total amount of the prepaid agreed room rate will be refunded in proportion to the date of the cancellation notice:
◆ If the cancellation notice of the booker arrives before the third day before the scheduled accommodation date (excluding the day of accommodation), we shall refund 100% of the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate.
◆ If the cancellation notice of the booker arrives between the first and second day before the scheduled accommodation date (excluding the day of accommodation), we shall refund 50% of the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate.
◆ If the cancellation notice from the booker arrives on the scheduled accommodation date or if no cancellation notice is given, we will not refund the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate.
