1. Check-in and check-out time: Check-in time is after 16:00 and check-out time is before 11:00.

2. If the room card is lost or damaged, a processing fee of NT$200 will be charged for each card.

3. This is an environmentally friendly hotel. We do not provide disposable supplies (including bottled water) in the guest rooms. There are cold water bottles in the guest rooms. Please go to the water dispensers on both sides of the elevator to replenish drinking water. In response to the environmental protection policy, bed sheets/quilt covers will not be changed for extended stays.

4. Check-out Instructions: (1) If you check out after the specified time, your room card will automatically become invalid and the room power supply will be cut off. (2) For those who have not checked out on time or have contacted the front desk to apply for a late check-out, a late check-out fee will be charged starting from NT$300 per hour depending on the room type [The hotel is subject to the conditions of the day and there is no guarantee that late check-out or extension of stay can be provided]

5. Late check-out: Those who move out after 15:00 on the check-out day will be charged the full-day rent.

6. Other services: When you arrive at the hotel, please place your luggage in the lobby first, and the on-site service staff will guide you to park your car.

7. Guests must be at least 18 years old to legally check in. Guests under 18 must be checked in by an adult over 18 years old or must provide the hotel with a minor accommodation consent signed by a legal representative when checking in.

【Guest Room Notice】

1. The hotel's room rates vary depending on the room type. Please check the room rates before check-in. Once the room is occupied, the room rates will be charged accordingly.

2. Instructions for adding extra guests to the room: Please check in the corresponding number of people according to the room type. After verification, an additional charge of NT$1,200 will be made for each additional adult. Each room type can only add one adult. No extra bed service is provided. Each extra person is charged one pillow/quilt each.
